Job Summary: Senior Data and Performance Analyst focused on specification, maintenance, development, and monitoring of campaigns and customer communication processes in a dynamic environment. Establishing tactical plans with impact on business and customers Description: * Completed undergraduate degree * Familiarity with data usage in areas such as Marketing and related functions * Knowledge of SQL, Databricks, and other data programming languages * Solid experience in data structuring and performance dashboards or KPIs The Senior Data and Performance Analyst has four main responsibilities: * Specify, guide, and approve the development of new variables and business data integrations critical for use in new campaigns * Maintain and configure campaign bonus processes * Develop and monitor campaign performance and key customer communication processes for payment products * Establish the tactical delivery plan for structural and performance-related requests using a methodology that considers the impact of deliveries on business and customers, aligned with internal stakeholders * The first two responsibilities are carried out under the guidance of technology developers; the third and fourth are performed independently * A key challenge of this role is maintaining organization and providing visibility to leadership and internal stakeholders regarding blockers and external impacts affecting project progress * The business environment is dynamic, and it is considered natural that new requests may need to cross the backlog or that higher-complexity obstacles may be identified during sprint execution; however, this analyst is expected to keep stakeholders informed of these impacts and of contingency plans. 251206020219617649
