Job Summary: Coordinate meal production and distribution, manage the kitchen team, and ensure food quality and hygiene as well as facility sanitation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate pre-preparation, preparation, and meal distribution activities 2. Train and assign tasks to the team 3. Ensure food safety and hygiene Monitor production, stock and distribute meals during your shift, track the number of meals produced, ensure adequate supply of required products, and assist with administrative tasks at the unit. 1\. Coordinate all kitchen activities related to pre-preparation, preparation, and meal distribution; 2\. Provide technical and behavioral training to subordinates; 3\. Assign tasks accordingly; 4\. Taste and approve preparations, ensuring proper dish presentation; 5\. Monitor personal appearance and hygiene of staff members; 6\. Track the number of meals produced and distributed; 7\. Maintain organization and cleanliness of facilities, equipment, and utensils; 8\. Ensure sufficient supply of products necessary for operational activities; 9\. Provide data for administrative closing; 10\. Assist with branch administrative services; 11\. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and food safety procedures; 12\. Perform related duties; 13\. Be responsible for Health and Safety, and implement norms, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System. Requirements: Relevant work experience.
