Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid-Level Developer to work on embedded mobile systems for the electrical sector, with a focus on performance and optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in multidisciplinary squads in the energy sector We seek a Mid-Level Developer with solid experience in Java/Kotlin, proficient in mobile development with emphasis on performance, memory management, local storage, and offline data synchronization. You will join a lean technical team and work on embedded mobile systems for the electrical sector. **Responsibilities** * Develop **offline mobile** features using **Kotlin** (or **Java**, with planned future migration). * Work with **embedded systems and resource-constrained hardware**, ensuring optimization of **memory** and **performance**. * Participate in **multidisciplinary squads**, focusing on **customizations for major energy sector enterprises** (e.g., CPFL, CEMIG, EDP, among others). * Integrate **legacy GIS systems** with modern technological solutions. * Ensure **quality and efficiency** in **collection and synchronization of georeferenced data**. * Collaborate technically with diverse teams, contributing to the development of **tailor-made solutions**. **Requirements** * **Solid experience** in software development, with expertise in **Java**. * Knowledge of **Kotlin** (or interest in migrating from Java). * Mastery of **data structures, concurrency, threading**, and **memory optimization**. * Experience with **local storage** and **offline data synchronization**. * Experience in **Android mobile development**, especially on devices with hardware constraints. * Familiarity with **relational databases** (PostgreSQL and Oracle). * Proficiency with **version control (Git)**. * **Autonomy and proactivity** to work in **lean teams**, delivering agile results. **Work Model** **Hybrid**, with mandatory on-site presence at: * **São José dos Campos:** 3 times per week **OR** * **Campinas:** 1–2 times per week Candidates must **reside within a 55 km radius** of either office.
