Job Summary: This role involves managing logistics operations, analyzing system alerts, and ensuring compliance with scheduling, requiring strong analytical and communication skills. Teamwork and attention to detail are valued competencies. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive shift handover regarding main offenders and incidents via *e\-mail* and *driver*; * Analyze ongoing alerts in the Atlas system; * Handle deviations through the *Escalation list*; * Register using the decision tree; * Ensure adherence to scheduled timelines via Mdrive; * Flag block deviations to focal points for scheduling escalation; * Conduct shift handover and report incidents occurring during the shift; * Analyze and handle all alerts transmitted by systems per cycle; * Schedule biodiesel/CIF shipments with weight up to 30%; * Perform other tasks inherent to the role. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Basic\-Intermediate Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint); * Minimum 6 months of experience in logistics; * White Belt certification is a plus. * Availability to work on Shift B, from 2:00 PM to 10:17 PM. **KEY BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:** * Teamwork; * Empathy; * Analytical Thinking; * Attention to Detail; * Effective Communication; * Time Management. **ORGANIZATIONAL COMPETENCIES / MOBY VALUES:** * Collaboration; * Trust; * Discipline; * Ethics; * Loyalty; * Respect; * Safety; * Transparency.
