Responsibilities and Duties * Perform software development and maintenance, including front-end and back-end coding. * Develop low-complexity technical solutions with moderate supervision and support, implementing software requirements using project-related technologies. * Understand the software architecture and be capable of working within it by analyzing its components, organization, and functionalities. * Create low-complexity tests—either manual or automated—to cover the desired behavior of developed technical components, using requirements and testing tools. * Document development efforts to enable end-user comprehension. * Collaborate with the development team to identify business, architectural, and design solutions through communication and knowledge sharing. * Maintain software quality by reviewing available processes, tools, and best practices for the product and technologies used. * Build frameworks as needed for developing your solutions. Requirements and Qualifications * Programming logic; * ADVPL programming; * Experience in front-end and back-end programming; * SQL/Oracle database; * JS, HTML; * Agile mindset; proactive attitude; strong interpersonal skills; organized. * Must reside in São Paulo (this role requires 2 days per week onsite at headquarters). Desirable Requirements * Object-oriented programming knowledge; * Understanding of business processes and rules in Health Insurance Providers; * Experience in Agile environments (e.g., Scrum).
