Although this is a Fullstack position, your primary focus (approximately 80% of your time) will be creating outstanding user experiences using React and Next.js. Your Responsibilities Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces that delight our users. Lead frontend development of new features—from conception through implementation—using React.js and Next.js. Actively collaborate with designers and product owners to refine user experience (UX) and ensure technical feasibility of solutions. Contribute to backend development by building and maintaining efficient, scalable APIs that support our applications. Ensure code health and quality through best practices, automated testing, and constructive code reviews. Proactively identify and implement improvements to our architecture, tools, and development processes. **Requirements:** Solid frontend development experience with React.js and its ecosystem. Ability to develop interfaces faithfully based on layouts and prototypes designed in Figma. Proven experience with Next.js for server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG). Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, including continuous delivery workflows and ceremonies such as Sprints, Dailies, and Retrospectives. Proactive and autonomous mindset, with ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions. Value-driven and high-performance oriented mindset, understanding the importance of deadlines and quality. Intellectual curiosity and strong willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to challenges. Familiarity with databases (SQL such as PostgreSQL, and/or NoSQL such as MongoDB). Experience with code versioning tools (Git). **Nice-to-Haves:** **Backend \& Architecture:** Knowledge or experience in backend development with Go (Golang). Prior experience developing corporate systems (ERPs, CRMs, financial systems, etc.). Knowledge of microservices architecture. **DevOps \& Cloud:** Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Hands-on experience with CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery) practices. Knowledge of Docker and/or Kubernetes. Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.). **Tools and Processes:** Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to assist development. Understanding of Gitflow for organized versioning workflows. Experience with NX for monorepo management.
