AI transformation project management **JOB OPENING: AI ENGINEER – AI SYSTEMS STRATEGIST** Transform agency operations with Artificial Intelligence–driven workflows! We are looking for an AI Systems Strategist (AI Engineer) to work full-time and remotely, collaborating with agency owners to create and implement AI-powered operational systems. RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic AI Design, Analyze agency operations and identify opportunities for AI application. Design workflows leveraging vector databases and multi-agent architectures to automate processes. Develop implementation plans that optimize marketing service delivery. Customer Relationship Management. Serve as the trusted AI strategist for high-value clients. Conduct diagnostic sessions to map pain points and opportunities. Present strategies with clear ROI and measurable operational gains. Implementation Oversight. Guide implementation teams in executing designed systems. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Manage multiple AI transformation projects simultaneously. Performance Optimization. Monitor performance of deployed systems and propose improvements. Adjust workflows and prompt strategies for greater accuracy and efficiency. Ensure each project delivers concrete and measurable results. REQUIREMENTS: Experience and Knowledge, \+5 years in AI systems, operational strategy, or marketing automation. Proven track record of building systems that deliver efficiency and tangible results. Proficiency in AI concepts, vector databases, and multi-agent workflows. Understanding of marketing, operations, or customer service automation. Management and Communication REQUIREMENTS: Fluent English (native-level proficiency mandatory). Ability to communicate complex AI concepts simply and in business-oriented terms. Experience working with entrepreneurial clients and North American agencies.
