




Job Summary: The AdTech Operations professional will ensure the implementation, maintenance, and governance of tracking and measurement frameworks across Web and Mobile App environments, acting as a bridge between media, data, and technology. Collaborate with media, data, and development teams The AdTech Operations role will be responsible for ensuring correct implementation, maintenance, and governance of tracking and measurement frameworks within Web and Mobile App ecosystems. This professional will act as a bridge between media, data, and technology, ensuring data integrity, integration efficiency, and analytical reliability. Key Responsibilities Tracking \& Tagging * Ensure correct implementation and maintenance of tracking and measurement tools (Web \& App). * Configure and validate tags, events, pixels, floodlights, and conversions. * Implement and manage measurement SDKs and mobile attribution tools (MMPs). * Implement and maintain structures in ad servers. * Perform integrations between media platforms, analytics systems, and internal systems (CRM/Database). * Validate event firing, deduplication, and data consistency across different sources. Data Governance * Ensure quality and reliability of collected data. * Monitor potential tracking breaks and proactively address corrections. * Document implementations, technical workflows, and event taxonomies. * Ensure compliance with privacy best practices and regulations (LGPD, Consent Mode, App Tracking Transparency \- ATT). Integration and Technical Support * Collaborate with media, data, and development teams (Front\-end and Mobile). * Support technical troubleshooting of campaigns and SDK integration errors. * Assist in implementing new measurement tools and solutions. * Assess technical impacts of changes to websites, apps, or platforms. Evolution and Innovation * Identify opportunities to improve measurement frameworks. * Support A/B testing and new attribution methodologies. * Contribute to first\-party data strategies and Server\-side Tracking (GTM Server\-side). Desired Profile * Solid knowledge of platforms such as: * + Google Tag Manager (Web and Mobile) + Google Analytics 4 (GA4\) + Firebase Analytics + MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava or similar) + Meta Events Manager + Ad servers (CM360, Flashtalking, etc.) * Deep understanding of pixels, conversion APIs, and server\-side integrations. * Knowledge of the app development lifecycle and SDK implementation. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Python, and SQL (for data validation). * Analytical capability and technical organization. * Collaborative, solution\-oriented profile. Advantages * Experience with CDPs (Segment, Salesforce, etc.). * Knowledge of BigQuery for raw GA4/Firebase data analysis. * Experience with Product Analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel). * Experience in multi\-account environments and with large advertisers.
