Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in software testing and proficiency in test automation to lead the QA team and define the testing strategy. Key Highlights: 1. Technical leadership and QA team management 2. Test automation expert with Python and Robot Framework 3. Test strategy definition and implementation, including BDD Description: * Solid experience in software testing (functional, regression, integration, performance) * Proficiency in test automation using Python * Advanced knowledge of Robot Framework * Practical experience with BDD (e.g., Cucumber, Gherkin, Behave) * Solid understanding of programming logic * Experience with SQL for data validation and database testing * Hands-on experience with Cypress for front-end test automation * Experience with test and bug management tools * Familiarity with Agile practices (Scrum) * Lead the QA team (planning, prioritization, bug management, traceability, execution plans) * Define and implement the testing strategy (manual and automated) * Ensure adoption of BDD practices in collaboration with Developers and Tech Leads * Automate tests using Python and Robot Framework * Manage and evolve test pipelines integrated into CI/CD * Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement * Collaborate with Agile teams across all development stages * Serve as a technical reference for test automation and best practices * Provide technical leadership and outcome-oriented guidance for quality * Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills * Systemic thinking and attention to critical risk details * Analytical thinking and problem-solving focus * Proactivity and ownership mindset 2511090202181716370
