User support and assistance for IT systems About the Opportunity SENIOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS DEVELOPER **> Working Hours:** From 07:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 19:00, Monday through Friday (subject to adjustment by the company or client). **> Work Location Address:** Central District, Goiânia / GO. **> Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws), fully on-site. **> What We Are Looking For:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in IT (completed), or a bachelor's degree in any other field combined with a postgraduate degree in IT (360 hours, recognized by MEC); **Computer Skills:** Advanced; **Languages:** Portuguese and technical English; **Experience:** 3 (three) years of experience. > Key Essential Job Responsibilities (Duties/Tasks): * Service requests are handled at three levels, as defined in ITIL. Level 1 involves remote user support via the service channels established in this TR. If resolution is not possible at Level 1, the request may be escalated to Level 2, which includes either remote or on-site user support. * Occasionally, for incidents affecting multiple users or requiring more specialized intervention, the request may be escalated to Level 3, managed by specialized IT services and infrastructure teams. * To enhance user support for TRE-GO, and in the interest of the CONTRACTOR, the remote or on-site user support team may receive training on systems developed by the CONTRACTOR to provide more appropriate assistance. * Design, operate, administer, and maintain the suite of solutions, tools, and software comprising the contractor’s service and application support layer; * Handle incidents, problems, service requests, and changes related to the contractor’s service and application support layer; * Perform configurations, modifications, and optimizations within the contractor’s service and application support environment; * Conduct code-level interventions in system architectures (backend) and user interfaces (frontend); * Execute periodic routines, record and document activities, provide guidance and clarification of doubts, and perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of user requests and incidents, including corrective actions; * Maintain the environment up-to-date in accordance with change management guidelines; * Provide on-site support during Full Court Sessions of TRE-GO, for systems used in these events, such as PJE, Videoconferencing, and others; * Develop and keep updated documentation for the entire environment under their responsibility. **> NOTE:** CONSULT THE RECRUITER FOR ADDITIONAL TASKS! Required Specific Knowledge, Certifications, and Credentials: * Advanced knowledge of GNU/Linux operating systems (Ubuntu), Computer Networks, Computer Architecture, Programming Logic, and Scripting (shell script). * Advanced knowledge of best practices in IT management and governance based on ITIL, PMBOK, COBIT frameworks, and Agile methodologies. * Advanced knowledge of Git, Java, PHP, Python, Docker, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, MariaDB, SOLR, PL/SQL, CSS, HTML, JavaScript. **> What We Offer:** Salary: R$ 5,000.00.
