




Job Summary: Professional responsible for controlling and organizing documents, supporting the operational team, and performing various administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Interface with teams and clients • Monitor employee attendance record completion • Receive, organize, and control time sheets • Receive, verify, and forward medical certificates to HR • Request and track physical access authorization • Request and track virtual access creation • Receive and dispatch document mailbags • Sort and organize uniforms and PPE for shipment • Perform external postal services • Support data surveys and mapping • Maintain updated area controls: reimbursements, expense reports, taxi usage, overtime, vacations, etc. • Support the area with other administrative needs • Fulfill Analyst requests regarding data surveys • Provide support to the operational team in handling incidents • Verify and update data/folders in the Client's system: controls and procedures • Verify data entries in RGM spreadsheets for Book preparation • Verify overtime entries according to maintenance service schedules • Request password resets for Conbras team members (interface with Client) • Request Itaú ID badges for new hires (interface with Client) • Request vacation scheduling and monitor coverage process Minimum Education: Technical Course * Meal Allowance * Food Allowance * Dental Care * Medical Care
