We are currently expanding and seeking a professional to serve as **Boiler-Making Team Leader**, directly contributing to team management and production process excellence. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead the boiler-making team, assign tasks, and monitor service execution; * Interpret technical drawings and production orders; * Monitor and ensure fabrication, assembly, and finishing of metal structures; * Ensure adherence to production deadlines and established targets; * Guide the team on welding, cutting, bending, and assembly processes; * Perform dimensional and quality inspections of produced components; * Support planning and organization of departmental activities; * Ensure compliance with required quality standards and tolerances; * Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and safety; * Assist in preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment; * Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures. **Requirements:** * Experience in boiler-making, preferably in a leadership role; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Knowledge of welding and metal structure fabrication processes; * Proficiency with measuring instruments; * Leadership, organizational, and proactive mindset; * Technical education in mechanical engineering, metallurgy, or related fields is desirable. **Benefits Offered:** * Meal allowance of R$ 22.50 per day; * Transportation allowance or parking; * Health and dental insurance; * Pharmacy discount program; * University partnership program.
