Does this opportunity align with you? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, monitor, and execute the scheduling of postgraduate EaD discipline offerings, ensuring appropriate allocation of instructors responsible for teaching. * Manage, record, and update information related to discipline delivery, ensuring traceability and organization of academic and operational data. * Contact coordinators and instructors to issue formal invitations for participation in disciplines, aligning expectations, deadlines, and scope of teaching activities. * Conduct instructor training on operational and institutional procedures for EaD classes, including use of educational platforms, internal workflows, and pedagogical best practices. * Monitor and supervise instructor performance during discipline delivery, ensuring fulfillment of contractual obligations, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with defined quality standards. * Request and oversee instructor hiring, formalization, and payment processes with responsible administrative departments, ensuring adherence to internal workflows and deadlines. * Administer satisfaction surveys among instructors, consolidate results, analyze indicators, and share key findings with academic coordinators to support continuous process improvement. * Monitor academic and operational performance indicators for courses and disciplines (e.g., quality of synchronous sessions, instructor engagement, schedule adherence), proposing adjustments and improvements as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to have:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Education or Management-related fields. * Experience in Distance Learning (EaD), preferably in postgraduate programs. * Experience interacting with and supporting instructors and coordinators. * Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and synchronous class tools (Teams, Zoom). * Organizational skills, ability to monitor schedules, and manage academic activities. * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and analytical capability. **What would be nice to have:** * Experience in educational data analysis, including interpretation of academic and operational indicators. * Experience or familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or similar. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, simple dashboards). * Experience in developing, monitoring, or automating performance indicators. * Prior experience in continuous improvement or optimization projects for academic or educational processes. **Additional Information** **What you’ll find here:** * Unimed Health Plan: With co-payment, providing medical coverage and access to a high-quality accredited provider network. * OdontoPrev Dental Plan: Nationwide coverage, with monthly premiums deducted from payroll. * Education Incentive Program: Valuing professional and personal development of employees, offering incentives for specialization, extension courses, language learning, and postgraduate studies at PUCPR. * Meals at Bistrô Marista: On-site meals provided on workdays, with a symbolic payroll deduction. * Quality of Life Program * Private Pension Plan * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Free Parking * Wellhub (formerly Gympass): Access to numerous gyms with monthly membership fees deducted from payroll. * Zenklub: Access to telehealth mental health consultations, with two free sessions per month. * Conte Comigo Program: Multidisciplinary team available for social support, legal guidance (excluding labor law), financial and pension consulting. * Benefits Club: Partnerships with companies across various sectors, offering special discounts on services and products. **Salary:** Our salary proposal is determined based on multiple factors.
