Description

Job Summary: Operate commercial rotary printing presses, control processes, conduct safety inspections, and maintain print quality. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with commercial rotary printing presses Man Roland, Goss, and Harris. 2. Monitoring of print quality, folding, and trimming. 3. Control of process parameters and inspection of safety mechanisms. * Experience operating commercial rotary printing presses from Man Roland, Goss, and Harris. * Operate the rotary printing press according to the specifications of each Work Order. * Monitor print quality, folding, and trimming. * Control process parameters, such as fountain solution conductivity, roller temperature, oven temperature, chill roll temperature, and silicone. * Responsible for inspecting machine safety mechanisms, reporting any abnormalities, and requesting repairs when necessary. * Perform cleaning, plate changes, blanket replacements, and blanket packing adjustments. * Completed secondary education. * Availability to work rotating shifts. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
