




Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring absenteeism, distributing documents, inspecting materials, preparing reports, and instructing personnel at service posts. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor absenteeism and conduct coverage using technical reserves. 2. Instruct personnel on regulations and procedures. 3. Provide support for inspections and overt patrols. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Monitor absenteeism rates and conduct coverage using technical reserves; * Distribute and collect administrative documents addressed to personnel; * Inspect support materials at service posts for functionality and applicability; * Prepare incident reports arising from non-conformities identified during service post activities; * Instruct personnel on regulations and procedures requested by the client, ensuring full compliance; * Provide support for inspections, overt and on-site patrols at locations guarded by personnel, whenever requested by staff and/or the client; * Present performance indicators achieved by the team to Coordination and Operational Management, measuring response time to client requests and logistics applied in actions; * Recover or arrange recovery (via tow truck) for vehicles requiring maintenance following collisions, impacts, etc., after providing first aid and implementing administrative measures with traffic authorities, collecting data to identify involved drivers and their respective vehicles, preparing a Vehicle Accident Report, and submitting it to the insurance company; * Inspect protocol logs at service posts and personnel appearance, verifying whether replacement of protocol logs and/or personnel uniforms is required, then forwarding such requests to Operational Coordination for action. **BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS** a) EDUCATION: Completed high school; undergraduate degree in Private Security preferred, along with postgraduate studies in Private Security. b) TRAINING: Security Guard Training Course, driver's license AB. c) EXPERIENCE: Familiarity with operational routines, Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Driver's License: A, B * Scholarship Assistance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Meal Allowance: BRL 52.09 * Transportation Allowance
