We are seeking a professional with an analytical profile, critical thinking skills, and experience in controlling to fill a strategic position with direct interface across departments such as Sales, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, and Procurement. Key responsibilities: * Perform monthly inventory, cost, and expense closing in SAP; * Calculate and analyze product costs, average cost, variances, and import costs; * Support pricing formulation and contribution margin analysis; * Prepare management reports and monitor financial KPIs; * Conduct budget vs. actual analysis; * Ensure data quality within the ERP system and propose process improvements; * Support internal departments on topics related to costing, pricing, and controlling. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics (completed or in progress); * Proven experience in controlling; * Knowledge of cost calculation and pricing formulation; * Understanding of taxes applicable to pricing; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Analytical mindset and strong critical thinking ability. Preferred qualifications: * SAP knowledge; * Power BI knowledge; * Basic understanding of contribution margin and break-even point.
