BRING YOUR ENERGY AND GROW WITH US! **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** Lead field service execution; Organize daily operational activities and serve as an operational technical reference without formal technical responsibility; Perform field activities according to company’s operational and technical requirements; Install, assemble, and disassemble off\-road equipment and machinery accessories; Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on accessories represented by the company; Diagnose faults in equipment and propose technical solutions; Provide remote technical support to customers, advising on specific issues; Read and interpret technical drawings; Prepare daily activity and service reports; Use corporate tools, materials, and applications required for service execution; Organize and lead field activity execution, supporting the operational team; Serve as a practical reference for the team, assisting in activity execution and prioritization; Drive company vehicles when authorized; Comply with internal and external company regulations. **REQUIREMENTS** Completed high school (Technical course in Mechanics, Electrical, or Electromechanics preferred). Practical experience and proficiency in operational tasks, such as reading and interpreting technical drawings and using tools. Willingness to travel. Ability to meet the demands of the Curitiba/PR branch.
