Promote awareness of workplace safety and accident prevention. * Coordinate and guide the facilities team to ensure tasks are performed efficiently and within the appropriate timeframe. * Monitor team performance by providing ongoing feedback and conducting training for continuous improvement. * Organize daily task assignments and ensure activities are completed according to the established schedule. * Ensure all activities comply with occupational safety standards, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Promote team awareness of safety practices and accident prevention. * REQUIREMENTS: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Skills: Organization, planning, team management, communication, problem solving. * In-depth knowledge of cleaning products and equipment, including their applications and handling precautions. * Familiarity with cleaning procedures for different types of surfaces and areas (offices, outdoor areas, restrooms, etc.). * Valid driver's license - Category B Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2,000.00 - R$2,300.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
