




Job Summary: Professional responsible for administrative, reception, and operational support activities, ensuring organization and efficient communication. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous process improvement **Responsibilities:** * Send and receive mail pouches, tracking receipt control via spreadsheet, protocol, and e\-mail; * Complete service orders for documents sent by mail or notary office, forward them to recipients, and track receipt and dispatch; * Allocate costs for mail pouch services, building maintenance, and motorcycle courier services, recording, verifying invoices, and posting expenses; * Receive documents, register them in the protocol system, deliver them to recipients, and collect corresponding signatures to ensure receipt/delivery of mail pouch documents; * Manage meeting room scheduling, organizing dates and times via Outlook to assist in meeting execution; * Request coffee breaks for meetings; * Receive visiting suppliers and direct them to their respective meetings; * Supervise and assist third-party service providers responsible for cleaning and security; * Handle telephone calls, route calls, and relay messages; * Implement continuous improvements in departmental processes and routines to ensure quality and safety in serving internal and external customers. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Relevant work experience; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); * Easy access to the Cidade Industrial neighborhood.
