Job Summary: Assist in verifying graphic production to ensure quality, deadlines, and continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Graphic production verification and monitoring 2. Implementation of improvements in production processes 3. Inventory management and preparation of control charts WORK HOURS: 08:00 to 17:48, Monday to Friday * Assist in verifying graphic production, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards; * Participate in implementing continuous improvements in production processes; * Monitor graphic material inventory levels to ensure sufficient supplies for production; * Prepare quality control charts; * Read, interpret, and schedule production orders (POs) in the system, defining priorities and timelines. * Monitor daily progress of POs from pre\-press through finishing and packaging, reporting delays. * Enter data into reports and populate various spreadsheets; * Assist in monitoring the production process of materials; * Identify potential deviations and rework, proposing solutions; * Enter product information into systems; * Assist with production demands as needed. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed High School education; availability to work overtime.
