The professional will be responsible for managing the maintenance team, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems of buildings.

* The Maintenance Department plays a highly strategic role in ensuring smooth operations across Group units; effective team management with both preventive and corrective approaches is essential.

#### **Main Responsibilities:**
* Inspect buildings and repair mechanical and electrical systems (departmental machinery) to ensure compliance with standards.
* Perform electrical system maintenance, replace light bulbs and fixtures, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, among others.
* Assist in the installation of ventilation systems.
* Supervise third-party service providers, such as refrigeration, construction, electrical, and plumbing contractors.
* Monitor proper operation of refrigeration systems.
* Perform hydraulic system maintenance, including replacement of toilets, urinals, valves, faucets, and various repairs.
* Inspect alarm systems (fire, security) and schedule repairs when necessary.
* Perform manual repairs, such as fixing locks and door stops.
* Carry out masonry work, including floor and tile replacement, application of filler compound, and painting.
* Perform general conservation tasks, including façade maintenance and other assigned duties.
* Assist in requesting quotations and ensure their execution.
#### **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
* Experience in building maintenance or related areas is a plus.
* Basic understanding of electrical systems and completion of NR10 and NR35 training\.
* Knowledge of hydraulic systems.
* Familiarity with general maintenance processes and methods.
* Practical knowledge of common tools, instruments, and devices.
* Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
* Good physical condition and stamina.
* Flexibility regarding working hours.
#### **Desirable Requirements (Advantageous):**
* Prior experience in retail, industrial, or refrigeration sectors.
* Knowledge of maintenance KPI management.
* Additional occupational safety certifications.
