For employees, our commitment is to personal and professional development, providing an extensive career path both in retail and across other Group Dimed businesses. **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide differentiated customer service with empathy, promote the company's private label brand and its differentiators; participate in the process of receiving, storing, and monitoring product expiration dates at the store; assist in the storage and restocking of products at the store according to established standards; maintain the store and products organized in accordance with Panvel standards; support store administrative activities when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in or having completed high school; Aged 14 to 24 (no age limit for persons with disabilities); Availability to work Monday through Friday, either morning or afternoon shifts; No prior experience required, as we are a company that develops talent. **Additional Information** The theoretical portion of the training is conducted at Senac or CIEE, while the practical portion takes place at a Panvel branch; Transportation Allowance; Pharmacy Allowance (10% to 40% discount); Gympass discount; Opportunity for permanent employment; Immediate start availability.
