Job Summary: The Controller Analyst will support strategic financial management, transforming data into actionable insights for decision-making, and will be responsible for budget preparation and monitoring, as well as financial forecasting. Variance and performance analysis The Controller Analyst will support Imunova Management in **strategic financial management**, transforming data into high-value information for decision-making. The role involves preparing and monitoring **budgets, financial forecasts, OPEX and CAPEX analyses**, ensuring the consistency of the **projected cash flow**, and monitoring the company's economic results. **Responsibilities** * Prepare, control, and analyze the **budget planning (Budget)** and **financial forecasts (Forecast)**; * Develop and monitor the **Direct and Projected Cash Flow**, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities; * Conduct **variance and performance analyses** between budgeted vs. actual results, **OPEX and CAPEX**; * Support the **economic\-financial feasibility assessment** of new projects, investments, and expansions; * Produce **managerial reports and presentations** for the Executive Board, translating financial data into strategic insights; * Support **long-term planning**, with the ability to build **future scenarios and projections**; * Monitor **financial performance indicators (KPIs)** and propose corrective or preventive actions; * Collaborate closely with the Finance Department to ensure **data integrity**; * Suggest and implement **improvements to controller processes and controls**, aiming for efficiency and automation; * Actively participate in **results review meetings**, contributing analytical insights and strategic recommendations.
