**Job Objective:**
Provide individualized educational and behavioral support to a student, offering pedagogical and socioemotional assistance throughout the school routine, in partnership with the classroom teacher and pedagogical team, thereby promoting inclusion, autonomy, and participation in academic activities.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Provide continuous, individualized support to a student throughout the entire school routine.
* Assist in adapting to and carrying out pedagogical activities proposed by the teacher.
* Manage behavior using appropriate strategies to promote organization, emotional regulation, and student participation in activities.
* Demonstrate agility in resolving everyday school situations involving the supported student.
* Encourage autonomy, socialization, and development of academic and socioemotional skills.
* Support the student during transitions between activities, movement within the institution, and participation in group activities.
* Assist with routines related to meals, hygiene, and organization, when necessary.
* Conduct observations regarding the student’s academic and behavioral development, reporting findings to the pedagogical team.
* Collaborate integrally with teachers, pedagogical coordinators, and other professionals involved in the student’s support.
* Ensure the student’s safety, well-being, and inclusion within the school environment.
**Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in **Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, or School Psychology**.
* Experience in individualized educational support and behavioral management in a school setting.
* Strong communication skills, organizational ability, proactivity, and adaptability.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Courses or training in **ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis)**.
* Courses or knowledge of **CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy)**.

Job Type: Part-time, CLT permanent position
Compensation: R$1.518,00 – R$1.850,00 per month
