Position: Truck Driver (Class D license) Responsibilities: \- Inspect all goods to be transported, both during unloading and external loading (returns and pickups); \- Operate the vehicle according to routes pre-established by the dispatch department; \- Deliver goods at locations and times specified by the customer; \- Immediately address any unforeseen issues with the customer; \- Prepare trip reports and document deliveries and returns; \- Maintain the vehicle with care and request repairs to ensure its maintenance; \- Attend company-provided meetings and training sessions; \- Transport finished products and raw materials to and from factories or retail and distribution centers; \- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns and perform preventive maintenance; \- Plan routes and adhere to delivery schedules; \- Document and record work/rest periods, mileage, and retain fuel/toll receipts; \- Enter “macros” into our automated system for each stage of the loading and unloading process; \- Comply with truck driving regulations (size, weight, designated routes, parking and rest periods), as well as company policies and procedures; \- Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions; \- Collect and verify delivery instructions; \- Routes covering Curitiba and its metropolitan area; \- Report defects, accidents, or violations.
