Installation Supervisor

**Since 1995, Plotter Racks has been developing solutions for commercial and industrial refrigeration, operating in Brazil and several countries across Latin America.** To join our team, we are seeking an Installation Supervisor to support departmental routines, assisting with information organization, demand tracking, and activity support. **Responsibilities:** a) Supervise mechanical refrigeration installation services; b) Supervise electrical and control installation services for refrigeration; c) Schedule equipment shutdowns to minimize downtime; d) Schedule small-scale installation and maintenance services; e) Assist in installation and maintenance work procedures, making necessary modifications and adaptations, consulting the design or engineering department; f) Supervise installation teams, assigning tasks and monitoring progress; g) Coordinate and guide activity execution, monitor implementation; h) Plan and adhere to schedules; i) Ensure activities are executed according to quality standards, prepare reports, spreadsheets, and checklists; j) Lead installation teams specializing in electrical systems, refrigeration, automation, and controls applied to refrigeration; k) Understand and perform copper pipe brazing; l) Possess knowledge of PPR pipe assembly and fusion; m) Be capable of operating vacuum pumps and vacuum gauges; n) Know how to charge refrigerant into a system, following proper startup procedures and independently starting up a refrigeration unit. **Requirements:** a) Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; b) Technical diploma in Mechanics, Electrotechnology, Refrigeration, or Industrial Automation; c) Willingness to travel.
