Supervise dish preparation and finishing **Salary:** R$ 2\.000,00 **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance (VT), Meal Allowance (VR), Food Allowance (VA), and performance bonus after the probationary period (approximately R$ 1\.000,00\). **Job Description** We are seeking a committed, organized, and gastronomy-passionate Assistant Kitchen Chef to support kitchen leadership and ensure dish and process quality. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise dish preparation and finishing, ensuring quality standards and presentation. * Manage storage, expiration dates, and organization of ingredients. * Monitor compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Assist in inventory control and purchase requisitions. * Train and guide kitchen assistants and cooks. * Ensure efficiency and organization during operational hours. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in professional kitchens. * Knowledge of good food handling practices. * Leadership profile, proactivity, and responsibility. * Flexible availability. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical or academic background in Gastronomy. * Previous experience in leadership roles.
