Job Summary: Technical lead responsible for designing and evolving Digital Transformation solutions in Procurement and HR systems, managing projects and validating solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Technical validation of solutions and projects **Area of Expertise:** Oracle Procurement, HR Systems Projects **City:** Curitiba, Hybrid **State (UF):** PR **Country:** Brazil **Main Responsibilities:** * Acting as technical lead for the design and evolution of Digital Transformation solutions, supporting business processes and projects in **Procurement** and **HR** systems. * Presenting solution scenarios and managing, monitoring, and leading projects, orchestrating and supporting all involved vendors, users, and analysts. * Conducting benchmarking and serving as technical validator for solutions/projects proposed by vendors, business units, or other IT team members. * Projects typically include: software replacement, upgrades, or implementation delivering process or operational support benefits to the business; * Must act as contract and third-party manager. * Mediating potential conflicts among key users, vendors, and analysts; supporting helpdesk activities and contributing to administrative procedures for project and operational support contracting. **Systems, IT, and Language Knowledge:** * Experience in **Procurement** and HR systems at Senior level or equivalent; * Experience with **Oracle EBS** (**Internet Expenses, iProcurement, Payables, Purchasing**); * Intermediate English proficiency **Desirable Additional Certifications:** * ITIL knowledge, Agile project management methodology, and PMP certification **Technical and Behavioral Competencies:** * Project, activity, and people management skills and experience.
