This Junior Engineering Analyst will focus on continuous improvement and engineering support within the post-sales production environment for Point-of-Sale (POS) machines. Your primary responsibility will be to support technical and operational areas by driving process improvements, providing testing support, and organizing the production infrastructure. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide technical support to the production operation, assisting in the analysis and resolution of product and process issues; * Contribute to organizing and improving the repair operation infrastructure for Point-of-Sale (POS) machines, including supporting productive layout adjustments and process flow optimization; * Monitor operational performance indicators and generate reports; * Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying daily opportunities and proposing operational improvements; * Participate in product and electronic board testing, supporting technical teams and collecting data for analysis; * Facilitate communication between other Positivo Tecnologia production units, contributing to alignment between engineering and operations. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (completed or currently pursuing); * Experience with continuous improvement and production lines; * Prior experience managing medium- to large-scale operational teams; * Experience in a production/industrial environment (production lines, manufacturing, or operations); * Experience working with operational performance indicators (KPIs). **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience with AutoCAD; * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
