Performance and Process Analyst to analyze data, monitor performance, prepare reports, track KPIs, plan audits, and integrate operational routines.

Analyze data and monitor the performance of your specific area of responsibility to prepare reports and studies aimed at improving performance and mitigating risks. Monitor and control performance indicators. Conduct management rituals with user departments. Integrate, according to your specific area of responsibility, operational routines with interfacing departments. Plan field audits. Perform activities in accordance with the guidelines described in standards and procedures manuals.
**Responsibilities and Duties** **AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND MEASUREMENT CRITERIA**
* Analyze major fleet events, identify training needs, and ensure completion of mandatory training programs. **Measurement criterion:** Fleet budget accuracy (Actual vs. Budgeted).
* Develop and consolidate assumptions for the Zero-Based Budget (ZBB) for the Fleet area, establishing goals, action plans, and deviation controls. **Measurement criterion:** Fleet budget accuracy (Actual vs. Budgeted).
* Plan and conduct field audits at company-owned workshops and user departments, verifying compliance with company guidelines, processes, and procedures. **Measurement criterion:** Adherence to the audit schedule for workshops and user departments.
* Monitor implementation of action plans defined in performance forums, promoting continuous process improvements. **Measurement criterion:** Degree of compliance with action plans established in performance forums.
* Prepare executive dashboards, management presentations, analyses, and supporting materials for results meetings. **Measurement criterion:** Quality, timeliness, and accuracy of information provided.
* Organize performance forums with involved departments, documenting decisions, responsible parties, and execution deadlines. **Measurement criterion:** Holding forums as scheduled and effectively tracking defined follow-up actions.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Education and Experience**
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
* Prior experience in similar roles, preferably in areas related to management, process control, training, and results monitoring.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
**Specific Knowledge**
* Experience in KPI management, data analysis, performance management routines and rituals, and results tracking.
* Knowledge of control methodologies, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
* Effective communication skills, organizational ability, influence capacity, and systemic business vision.
