WHO WE ARE \- Faiston \| Evolution is the revolution **The responsibilities of the professional occupying this position will include:** * Second-level administration and support for LAN, WAN, and Wireless networks * Monitoring network links and asset alerts * Replacing customer-provided network equipment when necessary * Following best practices for network support * Updating tickets * Coordinating with service providers for link maintenance or repair * Supporting data center (DC) activities for fiber or network equipment repair * Maintaining and controlling inventory of network equipment, including asset tracking * Analyzing and preparing site survey reports for the LAN environment using tools provided by the client * Supporting connection of devices to the network * Following processes and procedures to ensure continuity and restoration of the environment in case of incidents and issues * Continuously preparing and updating environmental documentation, equipment control—including topologies and configurations * Configuring switches according to current network requirements and specifications, as well as for new implementations * Relocating and deploying switches as required * Updating and maintaining the knowledge base and support processes/procedures * Understanding structured cabling, cable crimping, rack reorganization, and cable identification **For this position, we require you to have:** * Education: Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a technology-related field * CCNA certification **Discover our benefits:** ✅ Medical and dental assistance (NotreDame Intermedica), with no co-payment. ✅ Life insurance ✅ Transportation allowance with 6% payroll deduction. ✅ Fuel allowance of BRL 300.00 per month ✅ Meal allowance (BRL 40.00 per day). ✅ Wellhub-Gympass health platform (access to over 700 gyms across Brazil with affordable plans) ✅ Benefits club offering discounts with partners, including pharmacies, apparel, cinemas, lab tests, medical consultations, and more. ✅ Partnerships with educational institutions ✅ Free access to telemedicine, psychologists, and nutritionists to support holistic health. ✅ Partnership with SESC **The work location for this position is:** * São José dos Pinhais \- PR
