To check your application status, log in to our careers page using your candidate credentials, as it will reflect any updates.** **Job Profile / Responsibilities:** * The Operations Support Analyst is responsible for collaborating with all teams in the Operations Department to ensure achievement of expected PQVC outcomes. This includes generating data, reports, charts, and performing critical analysis of trends and results; supporting digital transformation of manufacturing applications and systems; supporting workforce and indirect material management; working across various departments to meet requirements; coordinating the 5S and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) programs; supporting teams in implementation, training, and periodic evaluations; and facilitating development, annual review, and monitoring of the Department’s Strategy. **Key responsibilities for this role include:** * Monitor and manage PQVC (People, Quality, Velocity, Cost) metrics with factory teams to ensure and improve performance. * Facilitate Lean initiatives within the Operations Department. * Develop and coordinate the Operations Communication Plan (communication channels, PQVC meetings, metrics, etc.). * Coordinate Operations Department meetings (e.g., departmental communications, leadership meetings, 25th Anniversary celebration). * Collaborate with leaders on managing Mentorship/Sponsorship, Team Lead, and Operations Apprentice programs, including follow-up and development initiatives. * Implement actions to enhance Employee Experience in the workplace. * Support visits by Vice President, Group President, and Senior Vice President to CBL (factory plant tours). **Skills:** * **Accuracy and Attention to Detail:** Understanding the importance of accuracy and ability to perform tasks with high precision. * **Analytical Reasoning and Problem Solving:** Knowledge of techniques and tools enabling effective analysis; ability to identify root causes of organizational problems and propose alternative solutions. * **Decision Making and Critical Thinking:** Ability to accurately analyze situations and make productive decisions based on informed judgment. * **Effective Communication and Priority Management:** Skill to clearly and effectively transmit, receive, and interpret information, while managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. **Basic Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (minimum 50% completion), preferably in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Electrical). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate. * Intermediate English proficiency. *Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days per week.* **Preferred Qualifications for Top Candidates:** * Proven advanced experience with analytical and automation tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, and Python). * Solid experience in financial analysis, cost analysis, and product structure analysis. * Focus on process improvement, leading initiatives and projects with the team. * Experience participating in projects/certifications such as Green Belt. * MBA, related postgraduate degree, or equivalent. * Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency. *Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days per week.* *Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days per week.* **Interested in this challenge and want to grow your career at Caterpillar?
