Responsible for administering HR subsystems, including: personnel department, recruitment and selection, employee support, training/development, and performance evaluations. Act as a legal representative in labor-related matters. Tasks related to standard HR Analyst duties. On-site work in São José dos Pinhais / PR. Previous experience as HR Specialist, HR Consultant, HR Coordinator, or HR Assistant may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Completed undergraduate degree required.
