




Job Summary: A multifunctional professional responsible for finance, sales, HR, and procurement, providing operational and administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. Diverse responsibilities across finance, sales, HR, and procurement. 2. Responsibility for issuing cash payments and recording invoices. 3. Essential support for the sales department and HR department. Experience in issuing cash payments, recording invoices in the system, issuing outbound invoices, performing accounting reconciliations, supporting month-end closing with external accounting, providing management reports, and managing accounts payable and receivable. Support for the sales department, including tracking sales executive visit schedules, updating the monthly price list, monitoring order portfolio handling, entering sales orders into the system, and assisting with internal communications and customer interactions. Support for the HR department, including payroll-related tasks, timekeeping entries, benefits calculation and procurement, document organization, scheduling periodic medical examinations, and managing PPE control and distribution. Support for indirect material procurement, including purchase order issuance and delivery tracking. **Bachelor's degree required in:** Accounting, Financial Management, or Business Administration.
