Your Daily Responsibilities:
* Receive, verify, and file test reports;
* Perform visual inspections of bottles (after blow molding and after labeling, using Magna-Mike);
* Perform dimensional inspections of bottles: weight, height, wall thickness, Fill Point capacity, vertical and horizontal drop tests, and vertical pressure tests;
* Assist with Stress Cracking analyses (caustic soda);
* Identify non-conforming products, monitor the selection of rejected items, and update the non-conforming products log;
* Comply with the company's established quality policy, ensuring continuous improvement actions within the quality management system;
* Conduct BPF checklists and update and issue corrective and preventive actions arising from non-conformities identified during audits;
* Maintain spreadsheets and support internal and external audits.
Required Qualifications:
* Completed technical or undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Food Engineering, or related fields;
* Active CRQ registration;
* Experience in laboratory and/or analytical work;
* Availability to work flexible hours.
Preferred Qualifications (Differentiators):
* Experience in industrial or food manufacturing sectors is desirable
Work Schedule: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, rotating 12x36 shift.
