If you identify with our purpose and seek a place to grow and contribute, we welcome you with open arms! **Responsibilities and Duties** You will work in a strategic Industrial Engineering area, serving as the technical bridge between the Manaus factories and the CTR (Sorting and Repair Center) operation in Curitiba — responsible for maintenance and reprocessing of circuit boards and electronic components. This is a broad-scope role with real leadership: you will not only support processes but also lead projects, propose improvements, and leave your mark on the area’s industrial infrastructure. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the technical interface between Manaus and Curitiba, ensuring alignment between factory engineering and CTR operations * Actively participate in NPIs (New Product Introduction), supporting the introduction of new products and components into the after-sales area from concept through implementation * Provide technical support for products manufactured in Manaus, acting as the go-to expert for resolving engineering issues at the CTR * Support the team in acquiring materials and test equipment for electronic boards (toolings, test benches, and instrumentation) * Work on the CTR’s physical infrastructure: defining and improving production layouts, AutoCAD drafting, supporting construction activities, and reorganizing areas to improve flow and efficiency * Contribute to the development and improvement of production processes by proposing practical solutions for daily operations * Support testing of products and electronic boards, interfacing directly with internal technical teams **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering * Experience in industrial projects, NPI, or process engineering within a manufacturing environment * Proficiency in AutoCAD for layout design and updates * Proactive, organized, and technically communicative profile — you will interact across operations, engineering, and suppliers * Experience with embedded electronics or electronic boards is a plus **Additional Information** **\*\* We aim to offer the best benefits to the \#PosiTime, which may vary depending on contract type and work location.** **Quality of Life** Health and dental insurance plans Zenklub: mental health and wellness platform, including psychological counseling Casa da Saúde: medical and dental consultations, plus clinical exams Gympass Cafeteria Pharmacy discount Medical Emergencies: health plan partnership enabling home visits or teleconsultations Semi-flexible working hours Hybrid work model Childcare allowance and maternity kit **Career and Education** Discounts at Universidade Positivo (UP) — for employees and dependents Saber Mais: Professional Development Portal Discounts at Colégio Positivo for employees’ children **Finance** Profit-sharing program (PPR) Good Card: accepted at over 130,000 establishments Life insurance Payroll-deducted loans **Transportation** Commuter allowance or parking *“Nearly all global tech giants were born in a garage.
