Job Summary: Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and technical support of CCTV and access control systems, diagnosing and resolving faults. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work on innovative and high-tech projects RESPONSIBILITIES: * Install, configure, and maintain CCTV and access control systems. * Install and configure access control systems, ensuring effective communication between gatehouses and residents or customers. * Perform functionality tests and ensure the integrity of installed systems. * Provide technical support to customers regarding the use of installed systems. * Diagnose and resolve faults in security and remote gatehouse systems, delivering specialized technical assistance. * WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: * Completed high school education; technical training in Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred. * Prior experience installing and maintaining CCTV and access control systems. * Knowledge of structured cabling, IP camera configuration, DVR/NVR, and switches is desirable. * Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to provide customer support. * Proactivity, organization, and commitment to deadlines and service quality. * Driver's license category B. * BENEFITS: * Opportunity for professional growth within a company that invests in employee training and development; * Collaborative and challenging work environment; * Salary: BRL 2,053.00 + 30% hazardous duty allowance + Meal Allowance: BRL 56.00 per day + Transportation Allowance/Fuel Voucher + Life Insurance + Health Plan * Company vehicle and mobile phone; * Life insurance; * Opportunity to work on innovative and high-tech projects Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: BRL 2,053.00 – BRL 2,100.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
