Job Summary: HR Analyst with an analytical profile to work on HR Department and DHO projects, responsible for building, monitoring, and analyzing HR metrics, as well as preparing reports. Creation of strategic reports and dashboards An analytical HR Analyst who will directly engage in HR Department and DHO projects, responsible for monitoring, building, and analyzing Human Resources metrics. Will directly prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations supporting the area’s strategic management, providing clear and accurate information for decision-making. **Responsibilities:** * Directly participate in HR Department and DHO projects. * Develop, monitor, and update HR metrics (absenteeism, turnover, headcount, overtime, hires, terminations, among others). * Create and maintain reports, charts, monitoring panels, and dashboards for area KPIs. * Conduct periodic analyses of metrics, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. * Support HR managers and leaders with strategic information to aid decision-making. * Prepare managerial presentations and monthly reports for executive leadership. * Ensure data quality, consistency, and timeliness. * Use of the KMM system. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience with HR processes. * Familiarity with the system used. * Relevant academic background. * Strategic experience in the HR field. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience with dashboards and Power BI; * Aptitude for working with systems; * Analytical profile with strong organizational and communication skills.
