Assist internal users with in-person and remote support * 2\. Assist with software installation support, either in-person or remotely * 3\. Monitor email configurations * 4\. Assist with network-related support * 5\. Handle support tickets via GLPI and Zendesk **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related fields; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, web navigation, and digital tools); * Easy access to the Campina do Siqueira region, Curitiba/PR; **We Offer:** * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Meal allowance; * Wellhub; * Cashback program.
