Cost optimization, performance analysis, and CAPEX management. **Job Description** We are seeking a Controller Analyst to work in the corporate controller area, actively contributing to monthly closings, cost allocations, reporting structure maintenance, and results analysis. The professional will support area and process development, interact with all company departments, and assist in meeting deadlines while ensuring accuracy of closings, analyses, and reports. Responsibilities and Duties: * Create and maintain general ledger accounts, cost centers, internal orders, and procurement items in the group's ERP systems, ensuring proper cost allocation and compliance with internal policies. * Analyze and approve accounting reclassifications and debit memos received from other group departments, providing support and guidance to ensure transaction accuracy. * Populate, update, and reconcile the BI P&L report using data received from corporate departments, ensuring data integrity and timeliness. * Review and ensure that provisions, expense allocations, reclassifications, and inter-unit cost transfers are performed during the closing process. * Conduct detailed analyses to identify variances across general ledger accounts and cost centers, ensuring accurate cost and expense allocation per business unit. * Perform actual vs. budget analyses, identify deviations, prepare explanations, and propose corrective actions. * Manage CAPEX, including project initiation, expenditure tracking, and preparation of detailed reports for executive leadership review. * Generate purchase requisitions and record departmental invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting or Controlling within medium- to large-sized companies. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced), particularly Excel and PowerPoint. * ERP systems and BI tools experience is desirable.
