Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing machine adjustment and maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and supporting production lines as required by the department. Key Highlights: 1. Performs machine setup and adjustment, and may train other operators. 2. Assists production lines and monitors machine performance. 3. Ensures workplace safety and compliance with environmental regulations. * All setup and adjustment must be performed exclusively by the machine adjuster; * The adjuster may train other operators as needed; * After adjustment, the adjuster must assist on production lines, operating any machine as required by the department; * Contribute to the overall reduction of scrap; * Operate and adjust voltage, speed, or pressure regulators according to process requirements; * Monitor machine and regulation system performance, identifying potential failures or deviations; * Perform fine-tuning of regulator parameters to ensure stability and operational efficiency; * Complete operation reports and incident logs in accordance with internal procedures; * Immediately notify the maintenance department of any detected failures or anomalies; * Assist in calibration and periodic testing of regulation systems; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection regulations; * Participate in training sessions for technical updates and operational safety; * Change recipes on CNC machines' HMIs; * Replace robot grippers; * Perform fixture and device replacement and adjustment on machines; * Ensure machines are supplied with raw materials.
