We are a team that believes in freedom with responsibility, continuous learning, and thinking big—because every challenge is an opportunity to grow and make a positive impact. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Translate business units’ strategic needs into clear candidate profiles and effective selection processes. * Lead end-to-end Talent Attraction processes, ensuring quality, timeliness, and a positive candidate experience. * Engage consultatively with leadership to support decision-making and align expectations. * Conduct competency-based interviews and support hiring decisions. * Ensure a consistent recruitment experience aligned with GHFLY’s Culture Code. * Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, funnel conversion, SLA) and propose continuous improvements. * Support Employer Branding initiatives and proactive talent sourcing. * Leverage data, technology, AI, and automation to increase process efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience as a Talent Attraction Analyst, including end-to-end recruitment. * Ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective selection processes. * Analytical, collaborative, and proactive profile—with ownership mindset and results orientation. * Experience conducting competency-based interviews and engaging with leadership. * Strong organizational skills, communication ability, and capacity for prioritization. * Experience recruiting for Tech roles. **Additional Information** **Being \#GhFlyer comes with many advantages!** We value your well-being and development.
