Job Summary: A professional to design, deploy, and administer corporate monitoring platforms; develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines; architect and operate workloads on public cloud; and automate infrastructure as code. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with Zabbix, Nagios, Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana. 2. Expertise in infrastructure automation using Terraform and CloudFormation. 3. Proficiency in CI/CD, Containers, Cloud Computing, and RPA. Design, deploy, and administer corporate monitoring platforms using Zabbix (or equivalent tools such as Nagios, Splunk, Prometheus \+ Grafana), defining metrics, dashboards, and proactive alerts. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Argo CD, ensuring version control, automated testing, and continuous delivery across multiple environments. Architect, provision, and operate workloads on public cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), applying best practices for high availability, scalability, use of managed services (EC2/S3/Lambda, AKS/Functions, GKE/Cloud Functions), and cost optimization. Automate infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM Templates, standardizing environments, controlling changes, and enabling code reviews for infrastructure. Administer container clusters (Kubernetes, Docker, or Podman), including application deployment, network policies, autoscaling, and zero-downtime updates. Write scripts and services in Python, Java, Shell Script, or PowerShell for system integration, automation of operational routines, and IT operations support. Implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism to eliminate repetitive tasks and reduce user response time. Apply ITIL v4 and COBIT 2019 principles in incident, problem, change, and capacity management, ensuring alignment with SLAs and corporate governance.
