The **Document Management Coordination of PUCPR** is seeking a professional who wishes for their daily work to be filled with meaning and driven by the purpose of being part of a mission that positively impacts the lives of those most in need—through education and healthcare.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Manage physical and digital documents throughout their entire lifecycle.
* Plan and monitor internal and outsourced digitization processes.
* Develop and maintain documentation on digitization, indexing, and certification processes.
* Develop and maintain Classification Schemes and Retention Schedules across various university contexts.
* Administer digital repositories and GED/ECM systems.
* Maintain standardization, classification, and indexing of documents.
* Support internal departments in information retrieval.
* Perform classification, organization, and disposition of physical and digital documents.
* Contribute to compliance with archival standards, Decree 10\.278, LGPD, and other applicable legislation.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Archival Science, Library Science, Information Management, Administration, or related fields;
* Experience in document management and document digitization.
* Experience with GED systems.
* Familiarity with CONARQ Archival Standards.
* Intermediate Excel proficiency.
* Ability to work collaboratively;
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity;
* Compliance with LGPD.
**Nice-to-have skills:**
* Experience in a university environment and/or with academic documents.
* Knowledge of ISO standards: 15489, 30300 series, 23081, 13008:2002, 13028:2010, and 16175.
* Experience in projects aimed at improving document management processes.
* Familiarity with emerging technologies and market trends.

**Salary:** Our salary proposal is based on multiple factors. If the value has already been defined for this position, it will be communicated during the selection process.
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:24 PM
