**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Provide multichannel support (in person, by phone, via apps, and email) to internal and external stakeholders, advising on selection processes, enrollments, scholarships, qualification/defense deadlines, and document requests.
* Manage and process payments to internal and external faculty members.
* Process travel expense reimbursements, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
* Arrange hotel accommodations and air travel, ensuring optimal cost-effectiveness, adherence to deadlines, and institutional rules.
* Review documents (invoices, receipts, and proof-of-payment), validating information before submission for payment or approval; provide support throughout the request process, clarify doubts, and ensure proper workflow.
* Monitor the status of requests from submission through approval and final reimbursement, maintaining process regularity and timeliness.
* Maintain organized records of all entries to facilitate future audits and consultations.
* Develop and monitor spreadsheets, reports, and performance indicators to support School management, consolidating faculty and student data for Annual Evaluation.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and projects (workflows, standardization, controls), coordinating requirements with other PUCPR departments and the Marista Group.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
* Experience in customer service.
* Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams).
* Ability to work with systems.
* Proactive problem-solving skills.
* Commitment to meeting deadlines.
* Organized / Solution-oriented.
* Assertive and solid communication skills.
* Familiarity with Benner System.
* Ability to collaborate effectively.

**Salary:** Our salary proposal is determined based on several factors. If a specific value has already been defined for this position, it will be disclosed during the selection process.
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 11:12 AM to 8:00 PM; Saturday, 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
