




**Responsibilities** * Serve as the **central technical point** for the Hub (new Premium project), overseeing strategic projects in partnership with internal departments and external vendors. * Support the implementation and maintenance of: * CRM (customer relationship management) * BI (performance dashboards and reports) * Development and integration of client APP * Maintenance and improvements of corporate websites and e-commerce platforms * Chatbot integrated with customer service via WhatsApp * And others * Collaborate closely with **Marketing and Sales teams**, ensuring projects align with business needs. * Monitor outsourced technology vendors, translating company requirements into practical solutions. * Actively participate in digital evolution by proposing continuous improvements. **Requirements** * Previous experience as a Developer (Full Stack or Back-End preferred). * Knowledge of system integrations (APIs, CRM, e-commerce platforms). * Experience in website, application, or chatbot projects. * Experience with BI tools and databases (SQL, Power BI, etc.) is a plus. * Strong communication skills to interact with business units and external partners. * Proactive, organized profile with interest in innovation and digital transformation. **Advantages** * Experience in retail or trading companies. * Knowledge of process automation and applied artificial intelligence. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
