We value workplace safety and are committed to maintaining a healthy and safe environment for our employees. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor the financial performance of all ongoing construction projects; * Analyze construction cost progression, comparing forecasted versus actual expenditures; * Identify waste, budget deviations, and opportunities for cost reduction; * Conduct periodic site visits across all projects, applying a critical and analytical perspective; * Generate management reports for senior leadership, supporting decision-making and prompting review of costs, methodologies, and processes; * Monitor the financial viability of construction projects, proposing improvements when necessary; * Collaborate with engineering and construction teams without directly interfering in field operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Professional experience in the field; * Availability to work on construction sites in the Almirante Tamandaré region. **Additional Information** * Challenging environment with opportunities for continuous development; * Birthday day off; * Paid vacation of 30 days after one year of employment.
