Glazier / External Installer

Description

**Job Mission:** We are seeking a professional to install, maintain, and repair glass in various projects, ensuring service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The professional will be responsible for leading the glazier team and assisting in task execution, always under the supervision of the Construction Manager. **Key Responsibilities:** * Install glass in different types of structures and construction projects. * Lead and guide the Glazier Assistant in daily activities. * Apply sealants, adhesives, and other fastening materials to ensure durability of installed glass. * Inspect materials prior to installation to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Identify and resolve technical issues during glass installation and maintenance. * Maintain constant communication with the Construction Manager regarding work progress. * Ensure use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) during all activities. * Coordinate logistics for transportation and handling of glass at the worksite. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on installed glass. * Ensure workplace organization and cleanliness during and after task completion. * Complete progress reports and document performed activities. * Maintain care of company equipment and materials. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; technical training preferred. * Proven experience as a Glazier Assistant. **Desirable:** * Proven experience as a Glazier installing glass in high-end construction projects. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings. **Benefits** \- Salary above market rate. \- Benefits: meal allowance (VR), transportation allowance (VT), dental plan, and life insurance. \- Opportunities for growth and development.
