Work under the guidance of a chef and nutritionist Carry out food pre-preparation, sanitation, organization, and production for breakfast. Sanitize fruits and vegetables, perform food pre-preparation, peel, cut, and grate foods under the guidance of a chef and nutritionist, and adhere to hygiene and sanitary surveillance standards.
