Job Summary: The Advisor ensures the quality of client portfolio allocations, delivering superior revenue and investment performance results through technical analysis and commercial support. Development of internal training sessions and external presentations. ### **About the Role** The **Advisor** serves as the guardian of client portfolio allocation quality, working side-by-side with the unit’s advisory team to ensure superior revenue and investment performance outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct technical analysis of portfolios and propose improvements to optimize client returns and generate office revenue. * Manipulate and analyze the unit’s database to identify asset concentrations and investment classes, suggesting enhancements. * Participate in meetings with advisors and clients/prospects, providing insights and technical-commercial support. * Develop and deliver internal training sessions and external presentations, in collaboration with Unit Leaders and Heads. * Prepare study materials and market research. * Propose solutions to streamline advisors’ commercial routines, acting as a strategic partner to the team. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree * Commercial experience and strong public speaking skills. * Ability to connect technical topics with commercial objectives. * Familiarity with the daily operations of financial advisory services. * Strategic mindset * ANCORD certification is a plus ### **Benefits** * ANCORD certification courses and study materials * Sales and product training programs * Performance-based financial bonus * Structured partnerships and onboarding * Birthday day off * Partnership Program SVN Investimentos was founded in 2007 in Maringá by Felipe Bernardes and Caio Copetti, and is today recognized by XP Network as Brazil’s top investment office, serving over 39,000 active clients and managing over R$ 30 billion in advised assets.
